The CTOT dashboard offers a new source of labor market information that, together with other data sources, can be used to develop programs, policies, and inform other decisions that are responsive to the real-world experience of workers.
Practitioners, policymakers, employers, and job seekers can explore:
(1) how workers in mid-level occupations experience wage growth over time (trajectories), and
(2) how they move through specific jobs and occupational clusters (transitions).
This information can help users identify “launchpad” occupations associated with higher wage growth, look for clusters or occupational characteristics associated with wage growth, and understand where disparities exist and could be addressed. At the webinar, the independent research team from Abt Associates will give an overview of the study, provide a preview of the dashboard, talk through scenarios that illustrate how to use the dashboard, and answer questions
