ETA proposes that states use Wage Data from the SWIS Clearinghouse to evaluate the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) and Worker Profiling and Reemployment Services (WPRS) programs, as required under section 306 of the Social Security Act (SSA) or other related Federal laws or regulations.

In accordance with Section IX.E of the SWIS Agreement, this meeting will provide states and relevant SWIS Advisory Group members an opportunity to request clarification and further explanation. Please submit questions in advance to federal staff at swis@dol.gov.

Who Should Attend?

Advisory Group Members from all State Unemployment Insurance Agencies (SUIA) and Title I and III Performance Accountability Customer Information Agencies (PACIA).

We encourage Advisory Group members to forward this invitation to other state representatives responsible for reviewing and consenting to the research and evaluation proposal. If the primary SWIS point of contact cannot attend, please arrange for another representative from your agency to participate.
